- certificate on the registration of a VAT payer
- specification of the subject of the leasing, including its purchase price
- business plan (for companies carrying out business activities for less than two complete accounting years)
- Annual final accounts for the last two accounting periods including balance sheet, profit and loss statement – full versions, including appendices to annual final accounts and an auditor’s report
- final accounts (balance sheet, profit and loss statement) for the current period
