• persons maintaining tax evidence should submit: Statement of assets, Statement on incomes and expenses for the last two completed accounting period and up-to-date financial statements for the current period, or tax returns for the last two completed accounting period (always copies)
• persons maintaining double-entry bookkeeping should submit: Balance sheet, Profit and loss statement and appendices to the final accounts for the last completed accounting period and up-to-date financial statements for the current period, or tax returns for the last completed accounting period (always copies)
