Basic services

1. We will specify, order, and ensure the presale service and delivery of a vehicle according to your needs.
2. We will lend you a vehicle until the delivery of your ordered vehicle.
3. We will register your new vehicle (obtain license plates).
4. We will pay the road tax for you.
5. We will settle the radio fee as well.
6. We will arrange accident as well as legal insurance covers.

Added-on services

1. Service and maintenance of vehicles (You know the situation when you are standing by an immobile vehicle, calling repair shop, while the last minutes of your scheduled meeting with a client and/or partner are running out? Do away with such situations! – At the moment the contract comes into effect, you will receive information from us on the coverage scope of service interventions within the vehicle. We will also inform you about the region, within which we are going to provide such service, or we will confirm the whole network of service centers. All you have to do is inform us in case of need, we will transport your leased vehicle to a repair shop. We will naturally provide you with a replacement vehicle to save your time. )
2. Tire repair shop (Once the contract is effective your worries about the tires of your vehicle are over. We will also inform you about the region, within which we are going to provide such service, or we will confirm the whole network of service centers. We will also ensure the exchange of winter and summer tires within a specified period – from - to.)
3. Domestic and foreign fueling-service (Each vehicle you purchase using an operation leasing will be equipped with a fueling payment card for an enhanced comfort on the road. Each month, we will send you an invoice for the fuel actually used.)
4. Replacement vehicle (Invaluable for your feeling of certainty.)
5. Assistance service (In case of an emergency, we will worry about your vehicle instead of you, you may worry about your business.)
6. Domestic and foreign interstate sticker (No more annoying details! We are here take care of them.)
7. Other supplementary insurance covers
   1. Windshield insurance

Closed calculation
The risk of operational costs is on the part of the lessor (UniCredit Fleet Management, s.r.o.), i.e. costs that we settle on your behalf to the extent agreed upon contractually.

At the end of the lease, we invoice the contract in the following manner, based on the method a vehicle is returned:

1. Properly terminated contract
1. we do not carry out invoicing of all actual operational costs incurred by an operation of the subject of the leasing (hereinafter the SoL);
2. we do not invoice the difference between the residual value and the sale of the SoL;
3. we invoice actually driven kilometers – only kilometers over or below the given limit and the agreed free limit for driven kilometers, which is defined within a contract (kilometers are invoiced according to an amount of fees for more/less kilometers agreed upon in the contract);
2. Contract terminated early
1. in case of a theft and/or total damage, the risk is borne by a lessor, unless the supplementary insurance GAP is arranged, with regard to the difference of the accounting price and the market price in excess of an indemnification payment of the insurance company.

The risk of operational costs is on the part of the lessee (you or your company).

The final billings are carried out for properly and/or early terminated contracts as follows:

1. we carry out invoicing of all actual operational costs of the SoL - we invoice actually driven kilometers – only kilometers over or below the given limit and the agreed free limit for driven kilometers, which is defined within a contract (kilometers are invoiced according to an amount of fees for more/less kilometers agreed upon in the contract);
2. we do not invoice the subsequent sale of SoL;
3. in case of a theft and/or total damage, the risk is borne by a lessor, unless the supplementary insurance GAP is arranged, with regard to the difference of the accounting price and the market price in excess of an indemnification payment of the insurance company.

In case of a contract termination, we bill the following services based on actual operational costs incurred by the lessor:

1. servicing costs
2. tire repair shop
3. replacement vehicle
4. more / less kilometers
5. refueling-service
