Background materials necessary to conclude a contract:

• Extract from the Commercial Register
• Certificate of registration to DIC
• Structure of shareholders/partners, number of employees
• Detailed specification of the subject of the leasing.
• Final accounts for the last two years and auditor’s reports on an audit of the final accounts. Annual reports
• Final accounts for the current period.
• Summary of receivables and liabilities classified by maturity, stating the largest creditors and debtors
• Overview of loan and leasing contracts, drawn credits and other liabilities (e.g. issued bills, loans provided, and issued warranties).

The materials necessary to conclude a contract shall be delivered to the selected branch.
