Background materials necessary to conclude a contract:
- Extract from the Commercial Register
- Certificate of registration to DIC
- Structure of shareholders/partners, number of employees
- Detailed specification of the subject of the leasing.
- Final accounts for the last two years and auditor’s reports on an audit of the final accounts. Annual reports
- Final accounts for the current period.
- Summary of receivables and liabilities classified by maturity, stating the largest creditors and debtors
- Overview of loan and leasing contracts, drawn credits and other liabilities (e.g. issued bills, loans provided, and issued warranties).
The materials necessary to conclude a contract shall be delivered to the selected branch.
