In first half year UniCredit Leasing noted expressive increase of real estate leasing
Results of UniCredit Leasing in first half year prove increasing client interest of real estate leasing. In comparison with the same period of year 2007, volume of new business in this section doubled up to 647 mil. Kè. Generally UniCredit Leasing company executed volume of new business for 7,2 bil. Kè in first six months which is practically same volume as in past year. General sum includes leasing of personal chattels and realties*, consumer and business loans.

„From our point of view is the key that in year-on-year comparison of first half year 2008 we accomplished to increase financial value of all products and comodities for more than five percent and this way to prove the advantage of universal concept,“ pointed out Jiøí Matula, General Manager and Chairman of UniCredit Leasing. „Current results also indicate that financing of personal chatter purchase is probably already over the top and leasing companies are even more promoted also in area of loan products,“ added Jiøí Matula.
According to Jiøí Matula UniCredit Leasing company achieved in year-on-year comparison expressive increase of executed loan volume. In case of consumer loans the increase was 54 % (270 mil. Kè). Even more dynamic increase had business loans from UniCredit Leasing company that were executed for more than 674 mil. Kè in first six months, which is 65% more than in past year.
*Results of realties are analysed by Czech leasing and financial asociation only by the end of relevant year, not on quartal / half year basis.
