UniCredit Leasing finances capital expenditure of CZK 160 million for the construction of a manufacturing plant in Poøíèí nad Sázavou
UniCredit Leasing’s Real Estate Finance division has provided financing to Kemper spol. s r.o. Jažlovice for the construction of a manufacturing and warehousing complex in Poøíèí nad Sázavou. Kemper is a specialist in environmental protection. Capital expenditure on the project has totalled CZK 160 million. The project, started last year in spring, has reached the stage of trial operation. The final approval [kolaudace] of the plant is planned for September 2008.

On a land parcel with a total area of 31,500 sq m in Poøíèí nad Sázavou, a manufacturing plant with warehousing and office space has been built since the spring of last year. On a usable area of 10,000 sq m, Kemper will turn out a broad range of exhaust and filtering equipment for different operating requirements. “We executed the lease agreement with Kemper as early as November 2006, when we started preparations for the project. The term of the lease agreement is 15 years,” clarifies Friedrich Trumminger, director of UniCredit Leasing’s Real Estate Finance division.
Last March the planning and construction department of the Benešov Municipal Authority issued a decision permitting trial operation, which will continue until the end of August. The plant has been completed, including the related roads and car parks. Soft landscaping is also nearing completion. In September this year the construction is to be concluded by the final approval following the required tests and hygienic measurements.
