Independent Research Confirmed Client Satisfaction with Services Rendered by CAC Leasing
72 per-cent. of clients considering further leasing or loans would pick up CAC LEASING again, according to research.

According to CAC LEASING research, more than 80 percent of clients were in regular touch with CAC LEASING employees during the life of their contracts, mainly via the telephone. More than 70 percent of the clients found at least one positive attribute in assessing their contractual relation with CAC LEASING.
Three quarters of the CAC LEASING clients, according to the research, consider entering into further leasing or loan contracts, within one year’s time. 72 percent of those clients declared that they would go to CAC LEASING again. High-quality client service plays one of the key roles in the company’s popularity.
“Our contact officers have been evaluated highly by our clients on all assessed points. Those employees have been capable of resolving client requirements; they are friendly, open and flexible. Any potential discrepancies or requests were resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the clients. The customers feel very well informed. They assess as excellent both the quantity and relevance of information. Most of the clients prefer communication by the telephone and via e-mail”, adds Ms Erika Duchanová, Marketing and Communication Manager of CAC LEASING, commenting on the outcome of the research.
Some 68 percent of the clients consider the purchase of a passenger or a utility car as their chief motivation for entering into further leasing or loan contracts. Information about financing options has been obtained by clients mainly by way of actively searching the Internet or during personal visits at the branches.
“The research was conducted during the summer all over the Czech Republic, and it focused on client satisfaction with the services rendered by CAC LEASING. It was processed by the renowned company Ipsos Tambor. The results did not differ substantially form the outcome obtained last year. However, an almost 3 percent. increase was recorded in the area of the overall client satisfaction with CAC LEASING contracts”, Ms Erika Duchanová adds.
