First of all, we would like to inform you that the database NRKI and the database BRKI are two independently existing databases (even though they have some common elements, which are described further in this document).

Within the information (data) exchange among creditor entities and banks, the databases NRKI and BRKI are still separate; the mutual data exchange takes place via the operators of both registers (more detailed information on the operators can be found in the section NRKI Operator and BRKI Operator), who still provide information (data) to their respective users (i.e. creditor entities as NRKI users, and banks as BRKI users); from certain point of time, and upon meeting all legal requirements, the operators provide information (data) to their users from both registers (more detailed information can be found in the section Process of processing and exchange of information).

The up-to-date list of NRKI users may be obtained at information lines, bulletins, or websites of individual NRKI users and the operator of NRKI.

BRKI users

The users of BRKI are represented by individual banks, which have concluded a contract with CBCB on data processing within BRKI.

As of the date of the processing and publication hereof, i.e. the 1st of January 2008, the following entities are BRKI users:
