The leasing company UniCredit Leasing CZ, a.s. is associated with its subsidiary companies - UniCredit Fleet Management and UniCredit pojišťovací makléřská. With regard to the affiliated company Renault Leasing, RCI Banque has a capital share in the company in addition to the share of UniCredit Leasing CZ, a.s. Another joint venture is the company UniCredit Leasing Slovakia, with a 35.2% share of UniCredit Leasing CZ, a.s.
In the Czech Republic, UniCredit Group also includes UniCredit Bank Czech Republic, which was formed by a merger of HVB Bank and Živnostenská banka, Investment Fund Pioneer Investments, and CA IB Corporate Finance.

What can you finance via UniCredit Leasing?
- Transportation technology – passenger, cars, utility, and freight vehicles, motorcycles, and other transportation technology, special offer of the so-called brand leasing on the basis of close cooperation with importers of the brands such as Renault (Dacia) (Renault Finance, Dacia Finance), BMW (BMW Financial Services), Honda (Honda Finance), KIA (KIA FINANCE) and Chevrolet (Chevrolet Finance). Furthermore, UniCredit Leasing closely cooperates with the importer of MAN (MAN FINANCE) and manufacturer of Tatra trucks (Tatra Leasing).
- Machinery and equipment – financing machinery and equipment and/or technological units for entrepreneurs and corporates.
- Real-estate – financing commercial premises, the purchase price of which usually exceeds CZK 20 million. Consulting in the area of insurance and/or technical realization, in the course of organizing tender proceedings for the realization of construction works, project management, or cost monitoring during the development.
UniCredit Leasing also ensures advance financing of supplies, including import, transportation of the subject of the leasing, provision of consulting in connection with financing, taxes, and bookkeeping of leasing transactions. UniCredit Leasing will be glad to support in the course of negotiations of commercial terms with suppliers, and it will handle any customs formality during an import on your behalf. Using our subsidiary company UniCredit pojišťovací makléřská spol. s r.o., and in cooperation with a number of renowned Czech insurance companies, we will arrange a comprehensive insurance coverage of assets as well as operation of motor vehicles.
Flexible terms
- extraordinary leasing installment from 10% up to 70% of the purchase price of the item – higher extraordinary leasing installment at the beginning will reduce your installments throughout the term of the leasing
- term of a leasing contract – in case you prefer a long-term repayment of lower amounts, reduce your installments by extending the term of the leasing (from 54 up to 84 months)
- residual value – select a higher residual value (standard residual value is CZK 1,000 excl. VAT), which will reduce your installments throughout the term of the leasing; the residual value will be settled upon a termination of a leasing contract, when its actual value is considerably lower than at the beginning of the leasing.
